Marel House

Marel House is a beautiful brand new, four bedroom home which has been meticulously prepared for holiday accommodation. The generous living areas are full of all the modern conveniences families could ask for and the large bedrooms furnished with sumptuous beds and linen. Two separate living areas allow everyone to have their own space and two large bathrooms cater for the whole family. An outdoor dining area covered by the main roof is central to this home with seating for 10 and a large hooded, four burner BBQ. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the township Marel House has a large fully enclosed rear yard filled with lush lawn, a double car garage with secure automatic roller door and separate garage entrance.

Tariffs

High Season: $2,675 per week, $355 per night
Low Season: $1,625 per week, $205 per night
Other Season: $1,975 per week, $255 per night
*A $225 CLEAN/ADMIN FEE APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS, already included in above weekly rates* High season covers peak period between the start of the summer school holidays until the end of January (7 night minimum) as well as all long weekends (3 night minimum) and Easter (4 night minimum). Shoulder season covers Feb - April and Sept - Nov. Low season is the remaining colder months. Minimum 2 night booking during low and shoulder season.
