High Season: $1,690 per week, $295 per night
Low Season: $900 per week, $215 per night
Other Season: $1,300 per week, $255 per night
*Please note a $22 non-refundable booking fee applies to all bookings* Nightly tarrif reduces by $75 after the first two nights. Shoulder period is from September-May, excluding peak season. Nightly tarrif is based on a two night booking. We welcome an overnight booking however further fees may apply.

Low season rates are negotiable. Off season rates may be discounted to $1000 per week between June & August (long weekends excluded) Discounts available for smaller groups.

The Boat House is located at 25 De Guichen Drive, Robe Bedroom configuration is two queen rooms and one bedroom with two bunks. There is a main and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom also has a large walk in robe. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. - Suitable for children
