This two storey property is located on The Esplanade overlooking Robe’s famous Long Beach. Formally a small beach shack this property has undergone a major face lift at the end of 2017 and is now a holiday makers dream. Featuring a large main living area upstairs which opens up, through glass sliding doors, onto a magnificent deck this property enables guests to soak in Robes scenic Guichen Bay from both the main living and master bedroom. This magnificent holiday house now comfortably sleeps ten guests in four bedrooms with two living areas and two bathrooms. Enjoy short walks across the road to Long Beach or walk the entire coastal trail and meander into the heart of Robe in approximately thirty minutes (or a short 3km drive). This property has plenty of space for everyone to relax, a second living area downstairs with flat screen TV, modular lounge and fusball table is sure to keep the young at heart entertained during poorer weather or in the evenings. Enjoy entertaining in the expansive and fully equipped kitchen and living area upstairs or move out onto the large undercover deck and BBQ area. Surf and Sand provides the perfect spot to while away the days and evenings whilst listening to the sounds of the ocean, relax and explore the wonders of Robe and the Limestone Coast.

The upstairs living area was great, downstairs needs a second heater. We loved the fusball table.
